Vintage Circus Pattern Casserole Dish by Universal Potteries, Cambridge Ohio
Universal Pottery, a company based in Cambridge, Ohio, was a successful ceramic dinnerware manufacturer from 1934 until 1955. The Circus pattern shows primary colors with tulips, grass, flowers, and round bright medium blue circles, on a white & blue bowl. The mark on the bottom of the dish includes the National Brotherhood Operative Potteries, Universal Potteries Inc. logos, and made in the United States of America.
This hard to find casserole or refrigerator dish is in excellent pre-owned condition. No chips, cracks, repairs or color loss. There is some crazing on the bowl.  It is 3" high, with lid & x 5.5" across the top.
