ND (1972) 10 Rupees from Pakistan. State Bank of Pakistan. Haj Pilgrim Issue. Pk R4 with serial number T992424. Graded 65 Premium Paper Quality Gem New by LCG. Only one graded finer known according to PMG Population Report! Bright white paper with bold color and deep embossing! The crispness remains perfectly intact on this well-kept example. Black serial number on the front side. Portrait of Mohammed Ali Jinnah at left. Shalimar Gardens on the reverse side. Like #16 and #21 but with overprint. Muhammad Ali Jinnah was a barrister, politician and the founder of Pakistan. Jinnah served as the leader of the All-India Muslim League from 1913 until Pakistan's creation on 14 August 1947, and then as Pakistan's first Governor-General until his death. He is revered in Pakistan as Quaid-i-Azam and Baba-i-Qaum.
