TT PK 10b 1973 PAKISTAN 1 RUPEE PMG 66 EPQ GEM UNCIRCULATED POP TWO NONE FINER
1973 1 Rupee Pakistan. Pick # 10b and serial # F/71 652269. Excellent quality. Graded 66 Gem Uncirculated EPQ (exceptional paper quality) by PMG with only one example in equal level and none finer according with PMG Pop Report. The currency of the republic of Pakistan is the pakistani rupee. The word rupee is derived from the sanskrit word rupya, which means "wrought silver, a coin of silver". this rupee features the crescent moon a nod to their nation which is an islamic republic. The crescent moon and star was originally a symbol of the ottoman empire in present day turkey but eventually went on to be a symbol of islamism. On the front of this note is a crescent moon & star with Islamic writing and the back an imagery of an Islamic Mosque. The Trusted Traditions World Division strongly advises the additions of World Notes to your numismatic portfolio. At this time, prices realized for rare, top certified population world notes of the highest quality are 50%-75% less than the cost of comparable US notes. Often, these world notes are older, with more history and just as ornate. Globalization has brought world notes into a new market and Trusted Traditions wants to be your reliable source for this thriving market in the same way we have been for over 16 years in our US division. With any world note that you may observe, if you have any questions, thoughts or suggestions, please do not hesitate to call or email us directly. Thank you and enjoy! Note- populations are accurate as of date of post. 5114iybarblc.
