AIR CANADA Flight MENU with Manuel Ruiz Art ‘Sunset at Fisherman Village’ Cover

A great looking vintage
AIR CANADA
flight menu.    The flight’s origin and destination are not provided.
The front cover has a picture of Manual Ruiz’s artwork ‘Sunset at Fisherman Village’ attached to the front of the menu.
The menu is believed to be from the 1980s. There is no indication as to the flight’s class but with menu items such as Foie Gras with Truffles, Caviar from the Caspian Sea and Fillet of Salmon Victoria, it is assumed that this is a First Class menu.
The code “A1 16C- 483 appears at the bottom of one of the menu pages.
The menu cover measures 7-1/2” x 12” and is in VERY GOOD condition.  There is a very, very slight bend in the upper right-hand corner.  Nothing serious.
