    first
Polk Directory of Everett ever done . . .

Private citizens, City services, city politicians, churches, schools, Clubs,
    etc and
complete classified business directory for each of the cities covered. . .
If you are looking for Joseph Quigley, a logger, you will find him as a boarder at Maple Hotel in Snohomish!
Want to see who the teacher was for the 7
    th
Grade in Jefferson School . . . you’ve come to the right place!
Lots of advertising during this time for Steamships and Railroads!
    I took a lot of photos for you . . .
    5 ½” x 9 ” with 470 pgs.
    Please read the following carefully:
This was probably originally a softcover publication . . . it was bound in hard covers at some point later by someone.
The first page in this is colored red paper that is numbered 13.
This has a few pages on that red paper which are all advertising . . . these red pages seem to be more fragile than the white pages and so have a lot of edge chipping.
I can surmise that there were 12 advertising pages on the red pages in the front of the publication originally that were deliberately not bound in when this was bound, or they were too tattered to be included.
Also, the red advertising pages end at Page 22 and the white pages start at 37 . . . I do not know if something is missing – the white pages start with Everett City Directory as they should.
The rest of the publication is complete.
Below, I show you MANY photos of what I have just described so you can understand – I wanted to be thorough.
Also the below photos show the
    other cities examples
    Also below are some
    typewritten notes
inside the front cover tracing the development of this Everett Directory in 1894.
    Condition:
Very good condition – there is no writing – this is tightly bound

Please review the notes just above on the pages.
